We have designed a number of specialty nitrogen pumping units, which allow us to provide N2 services in any application. Our state-of-the-art equipment features modern electronics, motors and pumps. All equipment has an enclosed control cab that stores our computers and electronics and provides a safe, comfortable environment for our operators.
High Rate Nitrogen Pumper

- 50 to 500 scm/min (1,750 to 18,000 scf/min) rate capability at 103 MPa (15,000 psi)
- Tank capacity 7,000 to 9,000 scm (250,000 to 320,000 scf)
- 500 to 1,200 hp deck engine
- Direct-fired units
- Climate controlled, enclosed operator cabin
- NOV Hydra Rig NP 1600 pump: max rod load is 33,400 kg (73,500 lb)
- Electronic recording and displays
- On-site radio communications
- High flow rates at high pressures with excellent low flow rate turndown
Low to Mid Rate Nitrogen Pumper

- 85 to 300 scm/min (3,000 to 10,600 scf/min) rate capability at 103 MPa (15,000 psi)
- Tank capacity 7,000 to 9,000 scm (250,000 to 320,000 scf)
- 400 to 600 hp deck engine
- Both direct-fired and flameless units
- Climate controlled, enclosed operator cabin
Bulk Storage & Transport

- 60,000 scm (2.12 mmscf) storage trailers
- 21,000 scm (750,000 scf) bulk transport trailers
- Low and high pressure relief valves
- All tanks meet ASME section VIII div. 1, CGA-341, B620 (TCRN approved) regulations and are pressure tested regularly
- Each tank has a road relief valve to release pressure that is built up during transport
- The unit’s controls, valves, and pressure gauges are located and operated from the rear of the unit
- The tanks are built to withstand and operate in severe climatic conditions
- Trican uses durable Coflexip transfer hoses
