Our twin acid pumper has a double pumping unit mounted to a custom built trailer with two 850 hp diesel engines for a total of 1700 hp at 2100 RPM. The unit has a centrifugal boost pump that is used to pressurize the suction manifold of either or both quintiplex pump assemblies during high pressure pumping operations. The twin acid pumper also allows the operator to change fluid ends quickly and efficiently to meet a wide range of pressure ratings and pump rates.

All pumper units are equipped with state-of-the-art real time data recording software, allowing us to monitor the real well parameters and communicate with other units on location. With a climate controlled operator’s cab and electronic displays, clients are able to monitor all critical surface parameters during a pumping operation.
